Troubleshooting

Wrong network, no ETH for fees, a stuck transaction, and the other messages you might see.

First find which stage you are at: signing in, a signature in your wallet, a transaction on the chain, or Relay delivering across chains. Open the transaction link before trying again.

My wallet is on the wrong network

The app shows Wrong network with Switch to Robinhood Chain. Press it and approve in your wallet. If your wallet does not know Robinhood Chain, add it:

Signing in works on any network; transactions need Robinhood Chain.

No ETH for the network fee

Every transaction you sign costs a few cents of ETH on Robinhood Chain. Open Bridge → Get gas and swap $1 of USDG to ETH, or bring ETH from another chain. Or claim the free $1, which includes some. Creating an agent shows Get ETH for fees when your wallet is short.

Your agent's own trades never need your ETH. Shijima pays those.

A transaction is stuck as pending in my wallet

Wait a minute first. Robinhood Chain is fast; most transactions land in seconds.
Open it on Blockscout. If it is there and confirmed, the app will catch up.
Still pending, not on Blockscout? Your wallet may have sent it with too low a fee, or be waiting on an earlier one. Use your wallet's Speed up or Cancel on the oldest pending transaction. Do not send the same move again until the first is settled.
The app says “May have been sent”. Your wallet sent it, but the app lost track. Open the transaction link before trying again.

Other messages

You see	What it means
“That price has expired. Here is a fresh one.”	Prices hold for 60 seconds. Review the fresh one before you sign.
On its way	Relay is still delivering. It usually lands within a minute; the link follows it.
“Approval given, nothing moved”	The approval is only for that exact amount. Review again to finish.
“That address is a token contract, not a wallet.”	Money sent to a token contract is lost. Use the wallet address instead.
“The chain would refuse this right now. Nothing was sent.”	A simulation failed before your wallet was asked. Check the amount and your balance, then try again.
“The price of … is more than 8% from the last official update. Only you can sell right now.”	Your contract refuses your agent's trades on that stock for now. You can still sell it yourself.

The site is down

Your money is safe in your contract. Withdraw on Blockscout: open your agent, Write proxy, connect your wallet, call withdraw.
